Due to reported high loading on the primary reseller server, an additional 4Gb of RAM has been installed in this server.

On Saturday the 24th of Feb 2007 DNS3 will be taken offline between the hours of 0100 to 0300 GMT. This is to facilitate a memory upgrade which will resolve the current performance issues.

DNS3 is currently reporting errors caused by a failing memory module in the server. The server is still online and operational, however it is currently not performing at its usual level. This is causing a larger number of DNS requests being handled by DNS1 and DNS2. This is not effecting visitor or customer experiences.
